⚡️Cyno in Genshin Impact [best build]

It is a 5-star Electro spearman guide. Description of skills and talents. The best constellations, teams, and weapons for maximum realization.

________________________________________________

A detailed guide to Cyno in Genshin Impact with recommendations for upgrading and rotations. Analysis of teams, weapons, artifacts, and also all the strengths and weaknesses of the hero.

Cyno is a playable 5-star Electro character. He first appears in the 12th chapter of the official manga, as well as in the Teyvat story teaser. He holds the position of a judge and a controller in Sumeru. He is highly moral and always on alert. The young man is a rather detached person who prefers to keep clarity and conciseness.

HOW TO OBTAIN CYNO IN GENSHIN IMPACT

Cyno

Cyno can be obtained in the limited event wish of patch 3.1. He is available for a limited period, so all constellations of this hero can be obtained only during the period of his banner.

CYNO`S ABILITIES

Cyno is the main DPS who mostly uses elemental damage. Elemental skill is a swift thrust, dealing Electro DMG to opponents along the path. When the elemental burst is activated, the elemental skill will receive additional buffs. Elemental burst is similar in mechanics to the Xiao ultimate and Arataki Itto because, under its effect, the spearman also converts all types of attacks into elemental and receives damage bonuses.

Next, we will analyze how Cyno`s skills work and recommended way of upgrading.

ACTIVE SKILLS

  • Invoker`s spear (normal attack, charged attack, plunging attack)

Normal attack: performs up to four consecutive spear strikes.

Charged attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to lunge forward, dealing damage to opponents along the way.

Plunging attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE damage upon impact.

  • Secret Rite: Chasmic Soulfarer (Elemental Skill)

Performs a swift thrust, dealing Electro damage to opponents along the path.

Cyno

When Cyno is under the Pactsworn Pathclearer state triggered by Sacred Rite: Wolf`s Swiftness, he will instead unleash a Mortuary Rite that deals thunderous AoE Electro DMG and extends the duration of Pactsworn Pathclearer.

Cooldown: 7,5s.

  • Sacred Rite: Wolf`s Swiftness

Calls upon a divine spirit to possess him, morphing into the Pactsworn Pathclearer. Cyno`s Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attacks will be converted to Electro DMG that cannot be overridden. Cyno will gain these effects:

  • Elemental Mastery increased to 100.
  • Resistance to interruption.
  • Immunity to Electro-charged damage.

This effect will be cancelled when Cyno leaves the battlefield and lasts a maximum of 18 seconds.

Basic duration: 10 seconds. Cooldown: 20 seconds. Requires 80 energy.

Upgrading order

When upgrading Cyno`s skills, it is recommended to prioritize as follows:

  • Upgrade all the abilities up to 6 lvl.
  • Then you should prioritize normal attacks and elemental burst.
  • Elemental skill should be upgraded last of all.

PASSIVE TALENTS

Talent What it gives
The gift of Silence Gains 25% more rewards when dispatched on a Sumeru Expedition for 20 hours.
Featherfall Judgment When Cyno is in the Pactsworn Pathclearer state activated by Sacred Rite: Wolf’s Swiftness, Cyno will enter the Endseer stance at intervals. If he activates Secret Rite: Chasmic Soulfarer while affected by this stance, he will activate the Judication effect, increasing the damage of this Secret Rite: Chasmic Soulfarer by 35%, and firing off three Duststalker Bolts that deal 50% of Cyno’s Attack as Electro damage. Duststalker Bolt damage is considered Elemental Skill damage.
Authority of the Nine Bows Cyno’s damage values will be increased based on his Elemental Mastery as follows: Pactsworn Pathclearer’s Normal attack damage is increased by 100% of his Elemental Mastery; Duststalker Bolt damage from his Ascension Talent Featherfall Judgment is increased by 250% of his Elemental Mastery.

CONSTELLATIONS

Cyno`s recommended constellations — C1, C2 and C4:

  • The first constellation will perfectly complement the hero, especially if you are going to use him as the main core. Increases the attack speed under the ultimate, which increases the total damage inflicted, and updates the duration of the Judication (passive talent “Featherfall Judgment”) when activated.
  • The second constellation gives a bonus to Electro DMG when using normal attacks. In addition, the effect is stacked and thus you can get up to 50% additional damage.
  • The fourth constellation pours energy to the team if Cyno activates elemental reactions during the ultimate. Even though the buff does not affect the spearman himself, this is an excellent team bonus that will allow the supports to accumulate energy for the ultimate faster.
Title Features
1 Ordinance: Unceasing Vigil After using Sacred Rite: Wolf’s Swiftness, Cyno’s Normal Attack speed will be increased by 20% for 10 seconds. If the Judication effect of Featherfall Judgment is triggered during Secret Rite: Chasmic Soulfarer, the duration of this increase will be refreshed.
2 Ceremony: Homecoming of Spirits When Cyno’s Normal Attacks hit opponents, his Normal Attack Crit Rate and Crit Damage will be increased by 3% and 6% respectively for four seconds. This effect can be triggered once every 0.1 seconds. Max five stacks. Each stack’s duration is counted independently.
3 Precept: Lawful Enforcer Increases the level of Sacred Rite: Wolf’s Swiftness by three. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
4 Austerity: Forbidding Guard When Cyno is in the Pactsworn Pathclearer state, after he triggers Electro-Charged, Overloaded, Quicken, Hyperbloom, an Electro Swirl, or an Electro Crystallization reaction, he will restore three Elemental Energy for all nearby party members (except himself). This effect can occur five times within one use of Sacred Rite: Wolf’s Swiftness.
5 Funerary Rite: The Passing of Starlight Increases the level of Sacred Rite: Chasmic Soulfarer by three. Maximum upgrade level is 15.
6 Raiment: Just Scales After using Sacred Rite: Wolf’s Swiftness or triggering Judication, Cyno will gain four stacks of the “Day of the Jackal” effect. When he hits opponents with Normal Attacks, he will consume one stack of “Day of the Jackal” to trigger one Duststalker bolt. Day of the Jackal lasts for eight seconds. Max eight stacks. One stack can be consumed every 0.4 seconds. This effect will be cancelled once Pactsworn Pathclearer ends.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES OF CYNO

Cyno is the main damager of the group, focused on playing through reactions. Among his strengths, it is worth highlighting:

  • When the hero ascends, the critical damage increases. This allows you to give preference to CRIT Rate in weapons and artifacts and upgrade this stat without sagging in CRIT DMG
  • The elemental skill has a small cooldown: 7.5 seconds, and under the ultimate 3 seconds. In addition, the use of this skill prolongs the action of the Pactsworn Pathclearer Elemental Burst and causes Electro damage to the area.
  • During the ultimate, he increases his own Elemental Mastery and Resistance to Interruption.
  • Effectively shows himself in teams with Dendro characters.

Weaknesses:

  • In part, Cyno is dependent on the Elemental Mastery, which leads to the use of reactions, mainly with Dendro. This slightly limits the choice of team members if there is a goal to realize the full potential of the hero.
  • The effect of the Pactsworn Pathclearer Elemental Burst has a duration of 18 seconds, while the action of most buffs and skills of heroes is no more than 10-12 seconds.
  • High cost of ultimate (80 energy).

Every 10th talent level requires a Crown of Insight.

BEST CYNO BUILDS

All Cyno`s skills are aimed at causing Electro DMG, so the Elemental DMG and high Crit Parameters, Crit Rate and Crit DMG are a priority for him. The character also benefits greatly from the Elemental Mastery, which opens another way when forming builds through reactions with other heroes.

Characteristics that are recommended to look for in artifacts:

Artefact Main stat Sub stat
Flower Icon Flat HP CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG / Elemental Mastery / Energy Recharge / ATK%
Feather Icon Flat ATK CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG / Elemental Mastery / Energy Recharge / ATK%
Sands Icon Elemental Mastery / ATK% CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG / Elemental Mastery / Energy Recharge / ATK%
Goblet Icon Electro DMG Bonus CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG / Elemental Mastery / Energy Recharge / ATK%
Crown Icon CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG / Elemental Mastery / Energy Recharge / ATK%

Optimal values of characteristics:

  • ATK: 1500+
  • Elemental Mastery: 250+
  • CRIT RATE/CRIT DMG: 1:2 (60 crit rate & 120 crit dmg) +
  • Energy Recharge: 120+

These values are approximate and may vary depending on team builds, available artifacts, and weapons, as well as buffs.

BEST WEAPONS FOR CYNO

Name Rarity Base Stats Passive Ability
1

Staff of the Scarlet Sands

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
44-542
CRIT Rate
9.6%-44.1%
Heat Haze at Horizon’s End The equipping character gains 52~104% of their Elemental Mastery as bonus ATK. When an Elemental Skill hits opponents, the Dream of the Scarlet Sands effect will be gained for 10s: The equipping character will gain 28~56% of their Elemental Mastery as bonus ATK. Max 3 stacks. The signature weapon with an average Base ATK, but a large increase in CRIT Rate. It gives a stable bonus to ATK depending on the indicator of Elemental Mastery, which also targets the game through spontaneous interactions. In builds via Elemental Mastery and reactions – top 1.
2

Staff of Homa

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
46-608
CRIT DMG
14.4%-66.2%
Reckless Cinnabar HP increased by 20~40%. Additionally, provides an ATK Bonus based on 0.8~1.6% of the wielder’s Max HP. When the wielder’s HP is less than 50%, this ATK bonus is increased by an additional 1~1.8% of Max HP. One of the most versatile and best copies for main-DD with an excellent base attack and a high CRIT DMG. Passively increases the attack from HP, but at the same time does not make the hero dependent on the Elemental Mastery and thereby allows him to play in various builds (not only from reactions).
3

Primordial Jade Winged-Spear

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
48-674
CRIT Rate
4.8%-22.1%
Eagle Spear of Justice On hit, increases ATK by 3.2~6.0% for 6s. Max 7 stacks. This effect can only occur once every 0.3s. While in possession of the maximum possible stacks, DMG dealt is increased by 12~24%. Since the gameplay is deliberately aimed at continuous damage, the spear bonus works stably, and the high base and CRIT Rate in the main stat makes it easier to balance between the necessary indicators when selecting artifacts and teams.
4

Calamity Queller

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
49-741
ATK
3.6%-16.5%

Extinguishing Precept Gain 12~24% All Elemental DMG Bonus. Obtain Consummation for 20s after using an Elemental Skill, causing ATK to increase by 3.2~6.4% per second. This ATK increase has a maximum of 6 stacks. When the character equipped with this weapon is not on the field, Consummation’s ATK increase is doubled. When a team character equipped with this weapon is not on the battlefield, the attack bonus from Consummation doubles.

High ATK bonus and stable increase in Elemental DMG. Although the weapon is not aimed at the heroes who are on the battlefield most of the time, it still gives good buffs and will fit quite well for Cyno for lack of other spears.

5

Vortex Vanquisher

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
46-608
ATK
10.8%-49.6%
Golden Majesty Increases Shield Strength by 20~40%. Scoring hits on opponents increases ATK by 4~8% for 8s. Max 5 stacks. Can only occur once every 0.3s. While protected by a shield, this ATK increase effect is increased by 100%. A specific, but quite working option, requiring the presence of a shield before activating the Elemental Burst of Cyno for a 100% bonus to the attack. It is recommended to use only if there are no other alternatives or if you prefer to play with shields/Geo-Characters through Crystallization.
6

Skyward Spine

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
48-674
Energy Recharge
8%-36.8%

Black Wing Increases CRIT Rate by 8~16% and increases Normal ATK SPD by 12%. Additionally, Normal and Charged Attacks hits on opponents have a 50% chance to trigger a vacuum blade that deals 40~100% of ATK as DMG in a small AoE. This effect can occur no more than once every 2s. Cyno`s attacks under the ultimate are considered ordinary blows converted into Electro DMG, so the second part of the passive effect will allow you to inflict additional DMG on the area. Also, the weapon gives a small bonus to the CRIT Rate and attack speed, and Energy Recharge in the main stat will allow you to ult even more often (while 36.8% is enough for Cyno in the DD position to focus on crits and Elemental Mastery in artifacts).

The best choice of Energy Recharge spears.

7

Engulfing Lightning

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
46-608
Energy Recharge
12%-55.1%
Timeless Dream: Eternal Stove ATK increased by 28~56% of Energy Recharge over the base 100%. You can gain a maximum bonus of 80~120% ATK. Gain 30~50% Energy Recharge for 12s after using an Elemental Burst. Potentially not the best option, despite the increase in Energy Recharge. Cyno can generate energy particles directly in the ult, and it is not advisable for him to focus on this stat, which is why the overall increase in DMG becomes minimal.

In the presence of a Primordial Jade Winged-Spear or a Homa, it is not necessary to knock out signature weapons, since they are completely interchangeable.

Best 4 ⭐ spears:

Name Rarity Base Stats Passive Ability
1

Deathmatch

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
41-454
CRIT Rate
8%-36.8%
Gladiator If there are at least 2 opponents nearby, ATK is increased by 16~32% and DEF is increased by 16~32%. If there are fewer than 2 opponents nearby, ATK is increased by 24~48%. A weapon from a Battle Pass that allows you to balance the CRIT and increases the ATK from/to 2 opponents on the battlefield. Although the spear has a low Base ATK, this can be compensated by additional sources of increased ATK in the team.
2

Blackcliff Pole

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
42-510
CRIT DMG
12%-55.1%
Press the Advantage After defeating an opponent, ATK is increased by 12~24% for 30s. This effect has a maximum of 3 stacks, and the duration of each stack is independent of the others. You can get almost free of charge for the Masterless Starglitter, while the weapon gives a high bonus CRIT DMG and passively increases the ATK for each enemy killed. The weapon is suitable for Cyno’s active gameplay, but at the same time situational. For example, in boss battles or on some floors of the Abyss, the passive effect will not work.
3

Kitain Cross Spear

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
44–565
Elemental Mastery
24-110
Samurai Conduct Increases Elemental Skill DMG by 6~12%. After Elemental Skill hits an opponent, the character loses 3 Energy but regenerates 3~5 Energy every 2s for the next 6s. This effect can occur once every 10s. Can be triggered even when the character is not on the field. A crafting spear from Inazuma with a good base, a bonus to the Elemental Mastery and a passive increase in energy. Increases the damage of the elemental skill, which Cyno activates quite often, especially with a set of Thundering Fury.
4

Missive Windspear

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
42-510
ATK
9%-41.4%
The Wind Unattained Within 10s after an Elemental Reaction is triggered, ATK is increased by 12~24% and Elemental Mastery is increased by 48~96. A free weapon that can be obtained as part of the main event of Patch 3.1. The spear, as well as the signature one, pushes the game through reactions, but at the same time increases ATK in parallel. The bonus is given stable, and refining is easy to get.
5

Dragon’s Bane

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
41-454
Elemental Mastery
48-221
Bane of Flame and Water Increases DMG against opponents affected by Hydro or Pyro by 20~36%. A good option if this spear of the 5th refining and you plan to play through the reactions of Vegetation, Charged or Overload in the presence of supports with abilities that work even outside the battlefield (for example, with Xingqiu, Yelan, Xiangling).
6

Prototype Starglitter

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
42-510
Energy Recharge
10%-45.9%
Magic Affinity After using an Elemental Skill increases Normal and Charged Attack DMG by 8~16% for 12s. Max 2 stacks. A crafting, free weapon with an average base ATK-like for an epic. If there is at least one spear available, it can be given to Cyno for a stable bonus for Energy Recharge and attacks both during and outside of the ultimate.
7

Moonpiercer

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
44–565
Elemental Mastery
24-110
Stillwood Moonshadow After triggering Burning, Quicken, Aggravate, Spread, Bloom, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon, a Leaf of Revival will be created around the character for a maximum of 10s. When picked up, the Leaf will grant the character 16~32% ATK for 12s. Only 1 Leaf can be generated this way every 20s. This effect can still be triggered if the character is not on the field. It takes place, but only in teams with Dendro characters. In comparison with the Kitain Cross Spear, Moonpiercer is a less stable option due to greater situatedness and conventions, despite similar basic stats.

Best 3⭐️ Spears for Cyno:

Name Rarity Base Stats Passive Ability
1

White Tassel

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
39-401
CRIT Rate
5.1-23.4%
Sharp Increases Normal Attack DMG by 24~48%. One of the best spears at the beginning of the game with a bonus to the normal attacks that Cyno actively uses in the ult. The spear can be obtained for free by opening chests in the Liyue region.
2

Halberd

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Base ATK
40-448
ATK
5.1%-23.4%

Heavy Normal Attacks deal an additional 160~320% DMG. Can only occur once every 10s. Just like the White Tasse; falls out of the chests. A little worse since it does not give any bonuses to the CRIT, but it is quite a good initial spear with additional damage from the normal attack.

TEAM COMPS

Since Cyno is the owner of the Electro Eye of God, he combines well with the new Dendro Element, causing a powerful Catalysis effect. But there are other ways to make builds depending on the other team members. If there are upgraded Hydro heroes available, you can also use the reaction Charged in taser teams with Hydro or Overload with Pyro.

Character Element Weapon Effects

Yae Miko

Electro

Catalyst

Secondary Electro DPS in the team, passive damage from Elemental Skill Totems for 14 seconds.

Fischl

Electro

Bow

One of the best supports for Cyno for extra energy and resonance. If necessary, it can act as a buffer for attack power with the Tenacity of the Millelith set.

Beidou

Electro

Claymore

Since the damage in Cyno’s ult is considered as a normal attack, Beidou`s Elemental Burst works quite effectively with it. On C6, it also reduces the Electro Resistance of enemies by 15%.

The only problem may arise with the fact that both of these characters have an expensive ultimate.

Lisa

Electro

Catalyst

A free hero that is available from the start and at the same time looks good with Cyno both in the sub-DD position (if there are constellations) and battery support. Lisa, among other things, can use Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers and thereby buff her core.

Kuki Shinobu

Electro

Sword

It can be used both for ultimate and resonance recharging and for treatment if necessary.

Dori

Electro

Claymore

A good electric healer for one purpose and a battery for a faster Energy Recharge

Dendro Traveler

Dendro

Sword

In detachments through the Dendro reactions – the most effective and at the same time budget option

Collei

Dendro

Bow

A good partner in the game through Catalysis reactions. The 4th constellation will increase the Elemental Mastery

Tighnari

Dendro

Bow

He can act in the sub-DD position in a team with Cyno: inflict his own damage, impose the status of a Dendro on enemies in a small area and distract them.

Mona

Hydro

Catalyst

Increases the total damage dealt due to the ultimate, imposes a Hydro status for reactions, and can distract enemies with an Elemental Skill.

Xingqiu

Hydro

Sword

An excellent ally in teams through reactions Charged or Vegetation.

Yelan

Hydro

Bow

A more “expensive” version of Xingqiu, with less Hydro status, but higher self-damage.

Sangonomiya Kokomi

Hydro

Catalyst

Almost irreplaceable source of healing in taser teams (Electro + Hydro). Can also apply DMG from ultimate.

Xiangling

Pyro

Polearm

For a team through Overload with passive damage from ultimate and Elemental Skill.

Sucrose

Anemo

Catalyst

Good crowd control, pouring the Elemental Mastery and cutting off the resistance of enemies in the presence of Viridescent Venerer artifacts.

Kaedahara Kazuha

Anemo

Sword

Just like Sucrose, it will provide control of enemies in one, and will give a bonus of Elemental DMG for 8 seconds. At the same time, he is able to disperse and apply damage more efficiently.

Yun Jin

Geo

Polearm

Gives a boost to the usual attacks that Cyno actively uses during the ultimate for 12 seconds.

Zhongli

Geo

Polearm

It will provide a strong shield and cut off the elemental resistance in a certain radius.

Albedo

Geo

Sword

It is useful for Cyno due to the bonus to Elemental Mastery from the activation of the ultimate and can be a carrier of an Archaic Petra, which will give an increase to the Elemental DMG from the Crystallization reaction.

TEAM COMPS EXAMPLES

Characters Features

Detachment through Aggravation with Electro and Dendro Resonances:

Cyno is the main DD that deals damage mainly under the ultimate after activating all buffs.

Fischl – additional damage and energy. It is recommended to set Tenacity of the Millelith for maximum efficiency.

Collei and Dendro Traveler impose Dendro status to create subsequent reactions. At the same time, both characters can increase the Elemental Mastery (Traveler from passivity, Collei from the 4th constellation).

The only problem with this build is the lack of heal or protection

Another variation of the squad through Quicken:

Kuki or Dori is used instead of Fischl, which makes the team more stable.

The second Dendro was replaced with Sucrose with Viridescent Venerer to cut off the elemental resistance of enemies and increased control.

This will also make it easier to observe rotation and activate Quicken rather than Overgrowth. If desired, you can go back to 2+2 (Dendro and Electro).

The team through Spread-Bloom + Charged:

Cyno is the main damager, which activates shells from buds with an Elemental or under the action of ultimate

Fischl – battery, resonance, and additional damage.

Dendro Traveler – for the status of a Dendro and to increase the Elemental Mastery.

Kokomi – healing, and Hydro to create buds.

Team via Charged + Catalysis Reaction (Stimulation) + Bloom:

Yelan or Xingqiu are a good source of passive DMG and Hydro status, even off the battlefield.

Collei and Dendro Traveler provide an increase in the Elemental Mastery due to resonance or their own talents and constellations. Allow for reactions involving Dendro.

An analogy of the previous build, but without specific resonances and with a great emphasis on def and stability. Zhongli will also lower the elemental resistance of enemies.

The standard team through the reaction is charged:

Cyno – basic DD.

Fischl/Lisa/Beidou – sub-DD, resonance and an additional source of energy for Cyno.

Kazuha – support, control, elemental damage bonus, and swirl.

Kokomi – hill, Hydro status.

The variant of the detachment through mono-Electro with Swirl/through reaction Charged:

Cyno is the basis of the group. Yae Miko — sub-DPS, passive damage from totems for 14 seconds, “battery” and Electro resonance.

Sucrose/Kazuha — buff of Elemental Mastery or Elemental DMG, Swirling and reducing the enemies’ resistance in the presence of Viridescent Venerer.

Squad through the Aggravation reaction, where Cyno gets the maximum damage buff during the ultimate due to the Dendro reaction, strengthening of normal attacks from the Yun Jin ultimate, cutting resists from the Zhongli shield, and increased protection.

A variant of the squad through Aggravation, where Cyno with the help of supports, receives a good bonus to Elemental Mastery and Elemental DMG. On the last slot, you can put a Geo character for resonance and additional buffs. For example, Zhongli (with Tenacity of the Millelith) or Yun Jin.

In this case, Albedo is recommended to wear an Archaic Petra set for maximum efficiency.

HOW TO USE CYNO

Cyno

By itself, the Electro Element is most fully revealed in combination with the Dendro. It can also participate in the creation of Charged and Overload reactions, or in a Superconductor with Cryo. But in the latter case, it is not recommended to consider Cyno, since its gameplay is focused on Elemental DMG dealing. Nevertheless, the character can play both from reactions in builds through the Elemental Mastery and from his own damage at maximum CRIT Rate, ATK, and buffs from supports.

The main ability of a spearman is an Elemental Burst. It is in the rack under the ultimate (like Arataki Itto or Xiao) that the character will be most of the time. Therefore, the main task when playing for Cyno is to gain energy for the ultimate as quickly as possible, activate all possible buffs, and then press the Elemental Burst while in it until the end of its action (since the effect disappears when switching).

Example of a rotation:

  1. Use an Elemental Skill on Cyno until the ultimate is charged.
  2. Activate skills and buffs from supports.
  3. Switch back to Cyno and apply the Elemental Burst.
  4. During the ultimate with a periodicity of 3 seconds, we use an Elemental Skill thereby extending the effect of the ultimate to 18 seconds.

It is also worth noting that with the unlocked passive talent “Featherfall Judgment”, the activation of the Elemental Skill during the Elemental Burst will increase the damage of the elemental skill by another 35% and release 3 additional Duststalker Bolts.

CONCLUSION

Cyno

Cyno is a pretty strong Electro-Damager although, like most of the heroes of this element, he is quite situational. Nevertheless, thanks to buffs from the Elemental Mastery, it shows itself very well in teams playing from reactions with Dendro, including in taser groups through Charged or even Overload (but more specifically). However, you should know that the hero acts exclusively as a DD, since he spends most of his time in the ult, the effect of which disappears when the character changes.
